1. Scope

These terms apply to your use of getpharmacypos.com, operated by SOHOON Technologies ("we"). Using the software itself will be covered by a separate subscription agreement that you review before you buy.

2. The founding waitlist

Joining the waitlist is free and does not create any obligation to buy, for you or for us. No payment is taken on this website. We may contact you about the pharmacy edition until you ask us to stop.

3. Indicative prices

Indicative founding-waitlist prices. Nothing is sold on this site; no payment is taken. Final prices are confirmed in writing before the pharmacy edition launches. The founding rate, when confirmed, is held for 12 months after the pharmacy edition launches. Prices exclude taxes where stated (US, Pakistan) and include VAT where stated (UAE). Because no money changes hands on this site, there is no refund policy for the website; refunds for the software will be set out in its subscription agreement.

4. Product status

The pharmacy edition is in development. It must not be used for dispensing, for ringing up prescriptions, or to store protected health information. Features marked "Planned" do not exist and may change or never ship. Front-store features marked "Works today" run on the core POS.

5. No professional advice

Guides and answers on this site are general information written by a software team. They are not medical, pharmaceutical, legal, tax or financial advice. Check rules with your regulator, processor or adviser.

6. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the forms, send patient information, attempt to break the site's security, or copy the site's content for commercial use without permission.

7. Intellectual property

Site content, design and the GetPharmacyPOS name and mark belong to us. Third-party names are used only to identify their products and do not imply endorsement.

8. Links to other sites

Links to regulators, sources and our sister sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, the website is provided "as is" and we are not liable for indirect losses arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including consumer rights in your country.

10. Law and disputes

Before launch these terms will name the governing law and venue for each market. Until then, contact us first through the contact page and we will try to resolve any issue informally.
