Privacy policy
In short
- We collect only what you type into our forms, plus analytics if you allow it.
- We use it to answer you and run the waitlist. We never sell it.
- Never send patient or prescription information through this site.
- You can see, correct or delete your data at any time.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by SOHOON Technologies, trading as GetPharmacyPOS ("we", "us"). We are the controller of personal data collected through this website. The pharmacy edition of our software is in development; this policy covers the website and waitlist only, not the software.
2. What we collect
- Form data you give us: your name, pharmacy name, work email, and optionally phone/WhatsApp number, country, city, number of locations, current pharmacy system, interests and message.
- Campaign data: if you arrived from a link with campaign parameters (such as utm_source), those parameters and the page you submitted from are attached to your form submission.
- Analytics (only with consent): pages viewed, device type and approximate location, through Google Analytics 4, loaded only if you click "Allow analytics".
- Preferences on your device: theme, colour palette, text size, accessibility options, country and language choices are stored in your browser's local storage and are never sent to us.
- Security data: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a form is sent by a person; Cloudflare processes technical data (such as IP address) for that check and for delivering the site.
We do not want health information. Do not include patient names, prescriptions or any health details in a form. If you do, we will delete them when we notice.
3. How we use it, and on what basis
- To reply to you and manage your place on the waitlist (your request; our legitimate interest in answering it).
- To send waitlist updates you asked for (your consent, which you can withdraw).
- To understand which pages help visitors (your consent, for analytics).
- To keep the forms free of spam and abuse (legitimate interest).
4. Who we share it with
Service providers who process data for us: our CRM (GoHighLevel) to store waitlist contacts, Discord to notify the team of a new sign-up (name, pharmacy, country and interests — not your email), Cloudflare for hosting and spam protection, and Google for analytics if you consent. We do not sell or rent personal data and do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
5. How long we keep it
Waitlist contacts are kept until the pharmacy edition launches and for up to 24 months after your last interaction, or until you ask us to delete them. Analytics data follows Google Analytics retention settings of 14 months.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you can ask to access, correct, delete or receive a copy of your data, object to or restrict processing, and withdraw consent. California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to know and to delete, and we do not sell or share personal information. Residents of the UAE have rights under the federal personal data protection law; people in the EU/UK under the GDPR. Use the data requests page.
7. International transfers
Our providers may process data in the United States and other countries. Where required, we rely on the safeguards those providers offer for international transfers.
8. Security
The site is served over HTTPS with security headers; forms are protected against spam; access to waitlist data is limited to the team. No method is perfectly secure, so we collect as little as we can.
9. Children
This site is for businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
