A pharmacy online store that builds itself

Add products to the POS and a web shop appears, with your prices, photos and stock. Retail only: health, beauty, gifts and the OTC lines your rules allow. Never prescriptions.

1How it works

How the online store is generated

The store reads the POS catalogue. Products you publish appear with name, price, photo, category and live stock; orders come back into the POS like any other sale.

1. Add products

In the POS, as you do today.

2. Publish

Pick the categories and items that go online.

3. Fulfil

Orders arrive in the POS for pickup or delivery.

2What to list

What a pharmacy should and should not list

List retail freely; check your rules before listing OTC medicines; never list prescription items. The store has no prescription verification and must not be used as an online pharmacy.

4Questions

Online store questions

How is the online store created?

Works today

Automatically, from the products you add to the POS: names, prices, photos, categories and stock appear in a web shop.

Full answerHide full answer

Change a price or stock level in the POS and the store follows. You choose which products are published.

Can I sell prescription medicines online with it?

Not planned

No. Never list prescription items. The store is for front-store retail only.

Full answerHide full answer

Online pharmacy rules differ by US state, by emirate and in Pakistan, and many require specific licences and verification. The store does not do prescription verification, and we will not suggest it can.

Can I sell OTC medicines online?

That depends on your market's rules, not on the software. Many pharmacies start with health, beauty and gifts and add OTC only after checking.

Full answerHide full answer

Check with your state board of pharmacy, your emirate's health authority or DRAP and your province before listing medicines.

Is the store included in the plan?

Works today

Yes. The auto-generated store comes with every POS plan at no extra charge.

What is the managed website?

A done-for-you pharmacy website — services, hours, locations, a refill-request link to the system you already use, and shop pages — built and maintained for you.

Full answerHide full answer

It is an upgrade to the auto-generated store, at a separate monthly price with a one-time setup fee, shown in your currency on this page.

What is in the pharmacy bundle?

Planned

The Rx Ready POS plan, the managed website and a GoHighLevel marketing snapshot (follow-ups, review requests, reminders) at one monthly price.

Full answerHide full answer

The snapshot is a ready-made marketing setup from our health and wellness snapshot range. The bundle is offered when the pharmacy edition launches; the setup fee is waived.

Can patients request refills through the website?

The managed website can link to the refill page of the pharmacy system you already use. It does not take refill requests itself.

Full answerHide full answer

That keeps prescription data inside the system built for it.

Does it work with WooCommerce?

Works today

Yes. The POS can sync products and orders with a WooCommerce store if you already run one.
