Works today Languages
A multilingual pharmacy POS for every neighbourhood
The people at your counter speak more than one language. The POS interface and receipts can run in theirs — including right-to-left Arabic and Urdu.
1In the software
What translates in the software
The interface, receipts and invoices. Each user picks their own interface language; each receipt layout has its own language; and any string can be overridden with a custom translation.
Interface
Per user. A Spanish-speaking cashier and an English-speaking owner on the same system.
Receipts and invoices
Per receipt layout, with a second language line where you need one.
Custom translations
Change any wording to the words your staff and customers actually use.
2Right to left
Arabic and Urdu, right to left
Right-to-left is a mirrored layout, not flipped text: menus, tables, arrows and number alignment all follow the reading direction. Urdu uses a Nastaliq-capable font here so it reads the way it is written.
